End of June: We made strawberry jam & went over to my Aunt's and Uncle's property where they have started building their shop. Brian helped with some muscle work while the kids had a great time running around the field that Uncle Andrew mowed a track in for Cousin Everett's new Jeep!
Brian celebrated his 30th Birthday on June 28th. We had a nice evening to ourselves while the kids spent the night at Grandma & Pampa's house. We went out to dinner and then to the Casino. It was great to spend 1:1 time together and really be able to focus on one another. It is amazing that after being together for 14 years he still sweeps me off my feet.
This is a picture at the Special Olympics Opening Ceremonies in Hillsboro. Earlier that day Brian ran 14.5 miles in the Torch Run that went all over the State. Brian spends all year organizing the Torch Run and raising money for the Special Olympics.
We had family from Washington come down and stay with us & had an incredible time. It was sooooo much fun and we were all sad when they had to go back home. It brings me so much joy to watch the kids play together & to have such great company.
We took the boat out for the first time this year & had a BLAST! Everyone got to ride on the sea biscuit. Grams was brave enough to be the guinea pig with Brianna.
Brice had a good time chillin' on the boat & even took his turn on the biscuit. We will definatly be doing a lot more boating this summer.

Scott said Brian loved going on the lake during the week. If Brian moves to Monday's off, we'll have to take full advantage!! I can't wait to go out with you guys this summer!!! I can just see Brianna and Sawyer playing on the tubes!
