We had a great 4th of July by starting out at the Creek fishing. We spent the day with our friends Eric, Melissa, Carsen, Colton and Conner. Brice caught his first fish, a little catfish. He loved holding the pole and was so patient waiting for a bite. It was a big surprise when he reeled in the line and there was a wiggly fish on the end.
I got crafty with the flowers and made daisy crowns for Brianna and I.
We then had a BBQ at Eric and Melissa's. They live in the neighborhood we used to live in, so... we got to see the outside of our old house. I must say it looked better when we lived there! Brian kept the grass greener and well trimmed and they painted the trim green, kelley green. After all of the changes we have made at our new house, I have to admit it was a little tough to see that our old house looks different now. None the less, we had a great time and enjoyed fireworks in the neighborhood. Both Brice and Brianna were really into all of the fireworks & when they whistled so did Brice. It was pretty cute!

It looks like you guys had fun! I love the daisy crowns...you'll have to show me how you made them! I can't believe how big Brice is getting! Enjoy your summer
