Between Heceta Head and this one, they are by far the most beautiful of all the lighthouses we have toured. This is the one that we stopped at on our way into Coos Bay, it is located in Winchester Bay. This one is unique with both red and clear glass in the Fresnel lens. 
This one is not quite as windy because it is located a small distance away from the ocean.
After our Coos Bay 4 th of July weekend was over, we only have one lighthouse left to see. Tillamook Rock, which is out on an island in Seaside. It isn't open to the public, but we are hoping to take a trip and at least catch a glimpse of it.
