Halloween is finally here!

I went all out for Halloween this year. With having 2 parties, helping at Brianna's school party, dressing up for the ballet party and another Halloween party on Friday night, I can say the kids got great use out of their costumes and so did I. On Sunday everything we did had to do with preparing for Halloween. We had orange eggs for breakfast, pumpkin shaped quesadillas for lunch and made guts and eyeballs for dinner. We invited my parents, my brother and sister-in-law and Brian's sister (other sister-in-law) over for dinner and trick-or-treating. It was so much fun preparing everything and getting all ready! Bricen and Brianna were great helpers with the meatball eyeballs and Carmel apples!
We even dressed the dogs up, thanks to Grams for the dog costumes! Tucker was a skeleton and Lily was a hot dog.

When it was finally time to go trick-or-treating, the kids were so excited. They remember how much fun they had last year. Brianna is so shy and polite and Bricen is so outgoing and quite the ham! We had to keep telling him not to go into peoples houses, as he would step right in when they opened their doors. We had to tell him not to grab hand fulls of candy, that it was appropriate to only take one item unless they offered more. He would hold his arms up as soon as someone opened the door so they could see his spider legs. And Brianna, a quiet trick-or-treat, takes one piece of candy and says thank you and walks away!

Angie and I dressed up, it was pretty fun!

What a cute pumpkin!
Brice wanted to be a spider this year and I couldn't find a costume anywhere. So... I made it! I think it turned out pretty good and he loved it!
Look at that haul! We are never going to eat all of that candy!

You really did go all out this year Sarah! So fantastic. Wish we lived closer so we could celebrate together!
